Licensing:

Please fill out form and bring it with you to the Draw @ Club 90 or to the Racing office at Laurel Brown Race Track on Race Day. There you will get your picture taken for your badge and issued a License number. You are required by the State of Utah to have a License if you are an Owner, Trainer, Jockey, Groom/Pony, Valet or Veterinarian. Please make check payable to UT DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.
