• Mission - The purpose of the UQHRA is to develop positive particiation with racing activities in UTAH in cooperation with the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA). Our goal is to promote and stimulate the events racing, shows, youth, trail rides, sales, and ownership of quarter horses. The Utah Quarter Hose Association encourages sportmanship and family values in all activities.
